Is there a free trial available?

Yes — all paid plans come with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. The Free plan itself is free forever and includes the core consent banner with Google Consent Mode V2 support. You'll also get a complimentary 30-minute onboarding call if you'd like one.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard. If you upgrade, you're only charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change applies at the next billing cycle and we credit any difference already paid.

How does annual billing work?

Choose annual at checkout and we bill the full year upfront, saving you 17% versus paying monthly. You can switch to annual any time — your remaining monthly balance becomes credit toward the annual plan.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel any time from your dashboard. No phone calls, no retention scripts. If you cancel mid-cycle on an annual plan, we refund the unused portion. Monthly plans simply stop at the end of the current period.

Do you offer plans for agencies or multi-store accounts?

Yes — agency partners and customers running 3+ stores qualify for our Partner Program with consolidated billing, white-label options, and volume discounts. Contact our team to discuss pricing for your stack.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. For Shopify and Wix installs, billing is handled through the respective app store — same payment method you use for your platform subscription.

Can I add custom info to invoices?

Yes — VAT numbers, company name, billing address, and PO references can all be added from your account settings. Past invoices can be re-downloaded with the updated information for accounting purposes.

How do I change my account email?

Visit your account settings from a desktop browser and update the primary email. We'll send a verification link to both the old and new email addresses for security. All future invoices and notifications go to the new address.
